Mission:
The Missouri State Milk Board assures food safety for dairy products within Missouri and beyond its boundaries for Missouri-produced products.
Function:
The Missouri State Milk Board enforces grade A and manufacturing grade rules and regulations as per the statute; inspects and tests at all production and processing levels of dairy industry to ensure public health protection and interstate movement of milk and products under oversight of the Food and Drug Administration.
