Pursuant to Section 369.314, the Commission shall approve or disapprove regulations proposed by the Commissioner of Finance and hear and determine any appeal from an Order or decision of the Commissioner relating to the incorporation, relocation or branching of savings and loan associations.

Compensation: The members of the commission shall receive as compensation the sum of fifty dollars per day while discharging their duties, and they shall be reimbursed for their actual and necessary expenses incurred in the performance of their duties.

Member Requirements: They shall be residents of this state, and one of them shall be a member of the Missouri Bar in good standing. The other members of the commission shall each have had at least five years' experience in this state as an officer or director of one or more associations.
