Caring for Missourians Helps UMKC Dentistry School
Gov. Nixon met with university leaders and students from the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Dentistry on Oct. 20 to highlight how the Governor's Caring for Missourians initiative will enable school to accept an additional 17 students in its Doctor of Dental Surgery program over the next two years. A dental student at the school demonstrates for the Governor some of the training tools used at the school.
