New Coca-Cola distribution center in Joplin

Gov. Nixon was joined by Coca-Cola representatives and local elected officials in breaking ground on July 16 for a new 56,000-sq. foot distribution center in Joplin. Coke has been in Joplin for more than 100 years and provided much assistance to the community after the 2011 tornado. Gov. Nixon said the new center was another sign of the company's commitment to the community.
