Gov. Nixon presents Purple Hearts to National Guardsmen

Gov. Nixon and Brig. Gen. Marty Robinson present Purple Heart medals to two members of Agri-business Development Team VI, Master Sgt. Joseph Schicker and Sgt. Sean Cochran, who were wounded when an insurgent attack on their base in Afghanistan was beaten back. The Guard held a welcome home ceremony for the unit and the soldiers' families on Sept. 12.
