State training resources helped Greenfield manufacturer create 80 new jobs

Gov. Jay Nixon visited Greenfield, Missouri to discuss how state training funds have helped a local plant expand its operations and create 80 new jobs. The Governor visited the facilities of Pennington Seed, a company that has been a fixture in Dade County since 1978. Pennington's plant in Missouri packages grass seeds, mixes and prepares bird feed and mulch products for lawns, and distributes pottery products to retailers.download
