Governor Parson to Hold Ceremonial Bill Signing for HB 429 and HB 430

On Thursday, April 22 at 2:30 p.m., Governor Mike Parson will hold a ceremonial bill signing for HB 429 and HB 430 regarding foster care and adoption on the North Lawn of the State Capitol. 

Senator Andrew Koenig, Representative Hannah Kelly, and Speaker of the House Rob Vescovo will join Governor Parson and provide brief remarks during the ceremony. Senator Holly Rehder, Senator Bill White, and Representative Mary Elizabeth Coleman will also be in attendance. Governor Parson will return to the podium for a brief media availability once the signing ceremony concludes. 

Governor Parson will also sign SB 2 during a private reception in his office prior to the ceremony on the North Lawn. Pictures will be available on Flickr.
