Tomorrow, February 23 at 10:00 a.m., Governor Mike Parson and Attorney General Andrew Bailey will hold a press conference at the State Capitol to announce actions the State will take against newly proposed Waters of the United State (WOTUS) rules by the federal government.
Governor Parson and Attorney General Bailey will be joined by Missouri Farm Bureau President Garret Hawkins and other Missouri agriculture leaders.
