Governor Parson's Schedule for August 22 - 26, 2022
Next week, Governor Mike Parson will hold a press conference, meet with community leaders, and kick-off a statewide tour to focus on the upcoming special session on historic tax cuts and the extension of critical agricultural tax credits.
He will also attend various events throughout the state.
On Monday, August 22, Governor Parson will attend the United Postmasters and Managers of America National Convention in St. Louis. He will also hold a press conference at the State Capitol to announce details regarding the upcoming special session on historic income tax cuts for working Missourians and the extension of key agricultural tax credits.
On Tuesday, August 23, Governor Parson will hold calls with mayors, faith leaders and local county officials and meet with House Democrat leadership to discus historic income tax cuts and ag tax credits. He will also visit St. Joseph and Kansas City to focus on special session.
On Wednesday, August 24, Governor Parson will visit the St. Louis region to focus on special session.
On Thursday, August 25, Governor Parson will visit Columbia and Kirksville to focus on special session.
On Friday, August 26, Governor Parson will speak at the Fisher Delta Center Field Day breakfast opening ceremony. He will also visit Springfield to focus on special session.
