
Next week, Governor Mike Parson will attend several meetings and events, including several ceremonial bill signings to celebrate the passage of House Bill 14 and much-needed state employee pay raises.
On Monday, February 27, Governor Parson will participate in the ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Kansas City International (KCI) Airport terminal. He will also speak at the Missouri Farm Bureau Legislative Briefing, officially sign HB 14 at the Harry S. Truman state office building, and host members of the legislative Black Caucus for a reception at the Governor's Mansion.
On Tuesday, February 28, Governor Parson will present a proclamation for National Athletic Training Month and hold ceremonial bill signings for HB 14 with state employees in Fulton and Cape Girardeau.
On Wednesday, March 1, Governor Parson will host a meet and greet with Church of Christ of Latter-day Saints leaders, host a meet and greet with University of Missouri Kansas City Chancellor C. Mauli Agrawal, present a proclamation for American Red Cross Month, and hold ceremonial bill signings for HB 14 with state employees in St. Joseph and Hannibal.
On Thursday, March 2, Governor Parson and First Lady Teresa Parson will host a breakfast for Jobs for America Graduates leaders at the Governor's Mansion. Governor Parson will also present a proclamation for School Social Worker Week in Missouri, hold ceremonial bill signings for HB 14 with state employees in St. Louis and Springfield, and attend White River Electric Co-op's broadband announcement in Branson.
