Gov. Greitens Appoints Members to the Kansas City Board of Police Commissioners

Gov. Eric R. Greitens today appointed Bishop Mark Tolbert and Don Wagner as members of the Kansas City Board of Police Commissioners. 

Tolbert is president and pastor of Victorious Life Church, previously known as Christ Temple Church. He was previously president of The Coalition of Concerned Clergy, board chairman of Lee A. Tolbert Community Academy, and board member of United Way. Tolbert attended Penn Valley Community College and holds a degree in divinity from Western Baptist Bible College. 

Wagner is a General Partner at Wagner Investments, LP. He has served on the Kansas City Police Foundation, the Kansas City Civic Council, as former chair of the Greater Kansas City Boys and Girls Clubs, as the president and longtime supporter of the Kansas City Zoo, and Reviving Baseball in the Inner City. Wagner holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Tulsa, and is a Stanford Executive Program Graduate.
