Gov. Nixon signs into law House Bill 667; Senate Bills 38 and 68; HCR 37 and SCR 11

Gov. Jay Nixon this morning signed into law five bills passed by the Missouri General Assembly. The Governor signed:

House Bill 667 and Senate Bill 38, which establish two prostate cancer pilot programs within the Department of Health and Senior Services for screening and education. One program will be set up in St. Louis City and one in Pemiscot, New Madrid or Dunklin county. View House Bill 667 and Senate Bill 38.

Senate Bill 68, which authorizes the issuance of subpoenas by the General Assembly for the production of records. View Senate Bill 68.

House Concurrent Resolution 37 and Senate Concurrent Resolution 11, which both recognize the third week in June as Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Week in Missouri. View House Concurrent Resolution 37 and Senate Concurrent Resolution 11.
