Governor Greitens Makes Appointments to County Positions

Gov. Eric Greitens today made three appointments to county positions.

Kerri Messner, of Albany, was appointed as the Gentry County Public Administrator. 

Messner, formerly a Voya Financial Registered Representative, has more than 25 years of experience working for financial institutions.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in agriculture economics from the University of Missouri-Columbia. 

Tony Mullen, of Kirbyville, was appointed as the Taney County Coroner. 

Mullen serves as Deputy Coroner for Taney County.  He is also a paramedic for the Taney County Ambulance District.  Mullen is an active member of the SEMA Disaster Medical Team and the Child Fatality Review Committee.        

Nicholas Pappas, of Richland, was appointed as the Pulaski County Coroner

Pappas is the Chief of Police in Crocker, Mo.  Pappas holds a master’s degree and a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Columbia College and a master’s degree in environmental management from Webster University.
