This week, Governor Eric Greitens will travel St. Joseph to promote his plan to cut taxes for working families and visit Veterans Homes in Warrensburg and Mexico.

The Governor will stop by Altec Industries in Saint Joseph on Tuesday to discuss his efforts to cut taxes for Missouri’s working families. This plan will cut taxes for 97% of Missouri taxpayers. For 380,000 working-class Missourians, their tax burden will be completely eliminated. The plan will give Missouri the 2nd lowest corporate income tax rate in the country, of states that have a corporate income tax.

The Governor will also visit Veterans Homes in both Warrensburg and Mexico in the next week.

In 2017, Governor Eric Greitens took action to protect Missouri veterans after an investigation into the St. Louis Veterans Home revealed serious issues. Last week, the Governor released the results of investigations into the rest of the homes in the state. Governor Greitens will be visiting Veterans Homes in Warrensburg and Mexico to visit with veterans, family, and staff.
