Governor Parson Appoints Kea S. Bird-Riley as Associate Circuit Judge for 16th Judicial Circuit

Jefferson City — Today, Governor Mike Parson appointed Kea S. Bird-Riley as Associate Circuit Judge for the 16^th Judicial Circuit. She will fill the Associate Circuit Judge vacancy created by the appointment of the Honorable Sarah Castle to Circuit Judge.

Ms. Bird-Riley, of Kansas City, currently serves as a family court commissioner for the 16^th Judicial Circuit. She holds a Bachelor of Science in communications and a Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law.
