Governor Parson Appoints Richard M. Stewart as Circuit Judge for the 21st Judicial Circuit

Jefferson City — Governor Parson appointed Richard Stewart as Circuit Judge for the 21st Judicial Circuit. He will fill the vacancy created by the retirement of the Honorable Maura B. McShane.
Stewart, of Webster Groves, is an Associate Circuit Judge in St. Louis County. He earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Missouri- Columbia and a Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law.
Judge Stewart lives in St. Louis County with his wife of 27 years, Kristina and his four children.
