Governor Parson’s Schedule for December 9 - 11, 2019

 

Next week, Governor Mike Parson will attend events in Osage Beach, Jefferson City, and St. Louis.  

Monday, December 9, Governor Parson will speak at the Missouri Farm Bureau annual meeting. On Monday evening, he and First Lady Teresa Parson will host a ceremony at the Capitol proclaiming December 2019 as Christmas Tree Month in Missouri. During the ceremony, children from the Thompson Center for Autism and Neurodevelopmental Disorders will decorate the Christmas tree outside the Governor's Office. Kindergartners from the Boys and Girls Club in Jefferson City will also attend and sing Christmas carols. 

Tuesday, December 10, Governor Parson will speak at a professional development staff retreat for the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services’ (DHSS) Division of Community and Public Health.

Wednesday, December 11, Governor Parson will attend the grand opening for the St. Louis Aquarium at St. Louis Union Station, which has been under construction since 2018.
