Governor Parson's Schedule for July 29 - August 2, 2024
Next week, Governor Mike Parson will attend several meetings and events.
On Tuesday, July 30, Governor Parson will travel to Lake Ozark to participate in the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education's annual Cooperative Conference for School Administrators. He will then travel to Springfield to tour the Court Appointed Special Advocates of Southwest Missouri's kid's clubhouse. Governor Parson will end the day providing the keynote address at the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce's annual State of the State event. Following the address, signed copies of the Governor's book No Turnin' Back will be available.
On Wednesday, July 31, Governor Parson will attend an employee appreciation event with state team members from the Missouri Public Service Commission. He will then travel to Poplar Bluff to hold a ceremonial signing of House Bill (HB) 4, which provided $150 million in the FY25 Budget for improvements to U.S. Highway 67 in Butler County.
On Thursday, August 1, Governor and First Lady Parson will host the Friends of the Missouri Governor's Mansion for its 50th anniversary celebration at the Governor's Mansion.
