Governor Parson's Schedule for June 24-28, 2024

Next week, Governor Mike Parson will continue reviewing the Fiscal Year 2025 operating budget and legislation passed by the General Assembly and attend several meetings and events.

On Tuesday, June 25, Governor Parson will travel to Branson to speak at the annual Branson Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce State of the State luncheon. He will then hold a signing of his book No Turnin' Back with former Branson Mayor Karen Best at the Branson Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce building. Governor Parson will then travel to St. Charles to speak at the American Legion's annual joint session of Missouri Boys and Girls State.

On Wednesday, June 26, Governor Parson will attend the Department of Social Services' Ice Cream Social for State Team Member Appreciation Month. He will then attend the Office of Administration's Statewide Award Ceremony to speak and present 2023 Awards of Distinction and 2023 Employee of the Month awards to state team members who have gone above and beyond the call of duty.

On Thursday, June 27, Governor Parson will participate in the groundbreaking ceremony for the new multi-agency State Laboratory Campus in Jefferson City. Governor and First Lady Parson will then travel to Springfield to attend Missouri State University President Clif Smart's farewell dinner and celebration.
