Governor Parson Announces Appointment to 11th Judicial Circuit

Jefferson City — Today, Governor Mike Parson appointed the Honorable Brittney R. Smith as Circuit Judge for the 11th Judicial Circuit.

Judge Smith, of St. Charles, currently serves as an associate circuit judge in St. Charles County. She holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Boston University and a Juris Doctor from St. Louis University. She will fill the vacancy created by the appointment of the Honorable Rebeca Navarro-McKelvey to the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District.
