Governor Parson Announces Two Judicial Appointments

Jefferson City — Prior to departing on his Trade Mission, Governor Mike Parson made two judicial appointments to the 7th and 31st Judicial Circuits.
Mr. Calan T. McConkey, of Liberty, was appointed as Associate Circuit Judge for the 7th Judicial Circuit.
Mr. McConkey is currently principal of McConkey & Bowen LLC. He holds Bachelors of Arts in biological sciences and psychology and a Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri–Columbia. He will fill the vacancy created by the appointment of the Honorable Alisha O’Hara as Circuit Judge.
The Honorable T. Todd Myers, of Springfield, was appointed as Circuit Judge for the 31st Judicial Circuit.
Judge Myers currently serves as an Associate Circuit Judge in the 31st Judicial Circuit. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Evangel University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas. He will fill the vacancy created by the retirement of the Honorable Thomas E. Mountjoy.
