Governor Parson Appoints Madeline Orling Connolly as Circuit Judge for the 22nd Judicial Circuit

 — Governor Parson appointed Madeline Orling Connolly as Circuit Judge for the 22nd Judicial Circuit. She will fill the vacancy created by the retirement of the Honorable Mark H. Neill.

Connolly, of Saint Louis, was previously practicing as a Circuit Attorney in the City of St. Louis and then went on to private practice before becoming an Associate Circuit Judge in St. Louis City. She earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Valparaiso University and a Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law.
