Governor Parson Appoints Madeline Orling Connolly as Circuit Judge for the 22nd Judicial Circuit

Jefferson City — Governor Parson appointed Madeline Orling Connolly as Circuit Judge for the 22^nd Judicial Circuit. She will fill the vacancy created by the retirement of the Honorable Mark H. Neill.

Connolly, of Saint Louis, was previously practicing as a Circuit Attorney in the City of St. Louis and then went on to private practice before becoming an Associate Circuit Judge in St. Louis City. She earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Valparaiso University and a Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law.
