Governor Parson Appoints Matthew H. Hearne as Associate Circuit Judge for the 21st Judicial Circuit

Jefferson City — Today, Governor Parson appointed Matthew Hearne as Associate Circuit Judge for the 21^st Judicial Circuit. He will fill the vacancy created by the appointment of the Honorable Richard M. Stewart to Circuit Judge.

Hearne, of Saint Louis, is a Partner at Hearne & Bendick LLC. He received a Bachelor's Degree in History and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the Hillsdale College in Hillsdale, Michigan, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Toledo College of Law in Toledo, Ohio.
