Today, Governor Mike Kehoe announced a gubernatorial appointment to the Administrative Hearing Commission.
Caroline Coulter, of Jefferson City, was appointed to the Administrative Hearing Commission.
Ms. Coulter currently serves as the deputy commissioner and general counsel for the Office of Administration for the State of Missouri. She holds almost two decades of experience in state government, spanning roles in the Governor’s Office, the Attorney General’s Office, and the Missouri Department of Corrections. Coulter holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Southeast Missouri State University and received her Juris Doctor from Southern Illinois University - Simmons Law School.
