Governor Kehoe Announces Three Gubernatorial Appointments

Today, Governor Mike Kehoe announced three gubernatorial appointments to various boards and commissions.

Lauren Dudley, of St. Joseph, was appointed to the Missouri State Foster Care and Adoption Board.

Ms. Dudley teaches secondary science at St. Joseph Christian School. She previously served as a resident manager and house parent at Pivotal Point Transitional Housing, a Christian nonprofit serving homeless and at-risk teens. Dudley holds a Bachelor of Science in General Chemistry from Northwest Missouri State University.

Neal Farrar, of Willard, was reappointed to the Well Installation Board.

Mr. Farrar is the vice president and principal geologist of Sunbelt Environmental Services, Inc. He is a member of the National Ground Water Association and the Geological Society of America. Farrar holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Southeast Missouri State University.

Richard Lillard, of Jefferson City, was appointed to the State Committee of Psychologists.

Mr. Lillard is the director of behavioral health services for Healthy Blue and previously served as a psychologist and partner at Lifesong for Growth and Wellness. Lillard holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology, a Master of Clinical Psychology, and a Doctor of Psychology from Wheaton College. He also holds a postdoctoral master’s degree in clinical psychopharmacology from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University.
