Today, Governor Mike Kehoe announced two gubernatorial appointments.
Glenda Shockley, of Hermann, was appointed as the Gasconade County Collector.
Ms. Shockley currently serves as the interim county collector for Gasconade County, where she previously served as deputy collector. Shockley is active in her community, serving as a member of the Hermann Eagles Auxiliary 1328. She is a graduate of Gasconade County R-1 Schools.
Heather Sicks, of Kansas City, was appointed to the Kansas City Board of Police Commissioners
Ms. Sicks currently serves as vice president and associate general counsel at EPR Properties. Sicks is involved in both professional and civic leadership, including membership in the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association and is a graduate of the Northland Regional Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri – Kansas City and her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Missouri Southern State University.
